REGGAE ROCK NEWS:

The BeachLife team, with three successful festivals under their belt, launched the inaugural Country-Americana leaning, Beachlife Ranch, September 16th-18th. They launched with a bang and great reviews across the board. All Country News exclaimed, “Between good music, good vibes and great friends, this festival captures the best of what a country music festival is.” By building on its past festival experiences and partnering with Kings Care Foundation, BeachLife has also made a tremendous impact with their philanthropic efforts in conjunction with their events.
BeachLife has always been about conservation and helping out the community, as seen with the lack of plastic bottles onsite and their recycling efforts. They have also helped raise significant funds for local and national organizations making an even larger impact in both of those areas. BeachLife Ranch has continued to build on these efforts by also being a plastic bottle free event and supporting the “Bring Your Own Bottle” campaign. Additionally, they are helping to raise funds for “local and national nonprofits focused on the protection and well being of our veterans and community.” This includes supporting some amazing organizations such as: Semper Fi & America’s Fund, Redondo Beach Police Foundation, Venice Family Clinic, US Vets, and King’s Care Foundation.
These nonprofit partners are all invited to participate in the three day event by creating experiences onsite to help tell their stories. Integrated into the fabric of even itself, they all did a fantastic job engaging with the local community and raising additional awareness and funds.
Despite some social anxiety about the economy and Covid, BeachLife Ranch was able to help raise about $90K in support of their philanthropic partners. This was raised through various

activities including: local ticket donations, BeachLife events such as their “BackYard Games” series and BeachLife’s annual silent auction which showcased one of a kind signed artist items, exotic vacation giveaways, jewelry, a celebrity signed bottle of mezcal and much more. Working closely with Kings Care Foundation and leveraging their auction platform, items could be bid on onsite by festival goers or anyone online looking to shop and support some great causes. Additionally, by offering discounts to police and fire, they not only provided discounts to first responders, but included a built-in donation to support the Redondo Beach Police Foundation.
Some of Beachlife’s generous partners also stepped up in a big way to support their philanthropic efforts. Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Chevron each contributed $10,000 in support of their fundraising efforts.
Beachlife is currently planning for their next Festival in May, 2023. In the meantime, they have a few events in the works, including a holiday toy drive and it looks like they have every intention of besting the over $200k they helped raise in 2022 across both events! Best of luck, BeachLife!
